Experiential learning methods and Management games for professional excellence

In this training program  we learned about Focused group discussion,Management games,Icebreaking techniques,problem solving skills,dicision making skills,life skills and Fish Bowl technique,Building high performance teams,Experiential learning through design thinking,time management activities,Gender budgeting and GOI programs,Simulation methods in agricultural training.It is good experience to learn new things.
