Soft Skills For Personal & Professional Excellence

The Training Programme on "Soft Skills For Personal & Professional Excellence" was a very wonderful experience. We came across various topics like Leadership & Team Building Skills, Time & Stress Management, Communication & Interpersonal Skills, Positive Attitude & Emotional Intelligence, Problem Solving & Decision Making Skills, Negotiation & Conflict Management Skills etc which will be very helpful in our job when we will deal with the farmers & stakeholders. As an Extension Officer, the theory class as well as the practical were awesome & very much effective in our job of Fisheries Extension and will be very useful and helpful.

Adding to this, The classroom environment was excellent. The Hostel was very hygenic and The fooding was very good. We also enjoyed with the participants of other states a lot during the evening time and the exposure visit to Statue of Equality. Thank You EEI to conduct this excellent programme.
