This 5 days training helps us to learn different invasive pests and management, IPM, mass production of parasitoides, synthesis of nanoparticles, Drone technology, safe handling of pesticides etc... This training helps us to learn new management technologies of pests and diseases. We will definately try our level best to implement these techniques in our farmers field.
It was the well organized programme by EEI. They have covered the all the important aspects of plant protection. Attended Speakers are specialized in their area of work. They have explained the advances touching all the basic aspects also. They have taught about impact of climate change, intensive cropping,failed monitoring systems,improper sparying techniques. They have mentioned clearly the adavanced practices to overcome these issues in plant protection. For the benefit of participants, they have imparted the knowledge on new topics like nano technology, GM crops and pheromone applications., Drone application etc.
Sir, Excellent Topic selceted and organised training in very good manner by coveeing most of the new trends/technologies with eminent resource persons. I learnt many new trends i.e.digital solutions,drones,eco friendly substances, novel chemicals and formulations,and regulatory requirements etc. Hostel facilities also good and course coordinator pursuation is also verygood.

Very Happy to Share my Experience as trainee. After Covid Its a opportunity to Have Offline Sessions which are very necessary as Officer has to relieve from duties and Concentrate on sessions. Accommodation and food are Good. One more visit to SAM agritech, interactive session with Resource persons are good.
