I am glad to inform that, the training on supply and value chain management in agriculture and allied sectors is excellent. Except few areas majority of the sessions were relevant to the title. If we add some sessions regarding bank linkage, live marketing strategies and failicilty availability will be more helpful. Guidelines for opening of FPO may be included in the course. Last but not least Yoga classes has to be continued inorder to keep extension officers fit in filed.
Training was very good. This 5 days training improved our skills for supply and value chain management.

Good training sessions
Attended 5 days training at the pioneer institute EEI, Hyderabad from 11th to 15th July, 2023. Had a wonderful experience in terms of the training materials, sessions, resource persons, boarding and lodging facilities etc. Met up with officials of different states and had a nice exposure interacting with them.

Excellent programme
This is very useful training and I learn so many things.Boarding and lodging arrangements are good. Especially food is very good.
Visits are also useful.
But in my opinion 3 to 4 days are enough for this programme.
The facilities provided during the course was excellent. Sessions were very enlightening and interesting. Thanks for the ample field visits that helps us in understanding the actual filed situations.
Expose of farmers to different processed units and package units will be valuable. Officers training is not sufficient to make a farmer to be entrepreneur. It needs 7 days minimum practical section to motivate and creat enterpreneurship

Training was very useful with standard content in post harvest technology and value addition processes. Visits to Indian institute of packaging (IIP) and Indian institute of Millet Research (IIMR) provided exposure to various new technologies. Also, the facilities provided are very comfortable.
