The training program is designed in such a way that every aspect of the core competencies are covered. Program starts with morning yoga which gives us better health management tips. Accomodation and food facilities are very good. We learnt many things especially stress management, time management, ICT, problem solving skills and Gender budgeting. Will transfer the knowledge we learnt to back home for better implementation of our assignments.

This training programme was designed exactly as per our requirements, need and interest. The topocs covered were indeed pertinent, relevant and most useful to improve our effectiveness, efficiency and abilities to improve TOT to reach the unreaches, to improve the production,productivity and net income to the farmers. It has really enhanced our competencies like technical, aocial, personal, psychological, empathetic competencies to serve farming community a better way. We also learnt how to deal difficult situations, how to manage the things back home, hiw to delete the works to subordinates and get our work done without any conflict. The training in farm mechanization was well organised and the participants were well awareness about recent development in farm mechanization. Dear Sir/Madam, The Training Programme on Advances in Mechanization is rightly designed with mix of both theory and field visits and selection of topics and presentors were appropriate. Visits to TAFE J Farm, NIPHM and CRIDA were most Useful ones to Visualise New Technologies adopted in Agriculture field as Demonstrations, and New Farm Machineries and also to get exposure to New Climate Resilient Research Methodologies at CRIDA. This Type of on Campus Training helps in Interacting Effectively with All Instructors and Participants from Different States. We were also motivated to Ask any Doubts in the subject in future in this area, during our working and further create awareness among farming community at our field of work. The Retired Professors and Scientists were still participating in Training us, which helps us to get their experiences over 3-4 decades of agriculture scenarios of India. The Food and Accomodation in Hostel was Very Nice. Yoga class conducted by Ravindra sir gave lot of energy through out the day. Sports facility was good. The Course coordinator, Dr. Praveen Sir, Director Sri Jagan Mohan Reddy Sir and All Teaching , Non Teaching , Supporting Staff and Hostel wardens and Securities were very kind and supportive for effective learning and comfortable stay in the campus. On campus Training Programme on \Advances in Farm Mechanisation in Agriculture and Allied Sectors\ was quite informative enough to learn about Advance Technologies to be incorporated with Agriculture practices like Drones and sensing method, automation in irrigation system, Post Harvest Harvest chain process machines.
The training program is outstanding. All the professors are well experienced and erudite. Such type of training is the need of the hour.

Very informative technical training with lots of advance farm equipment seen in this training and also field visits demonstration plots seen pricision farming iot and digital farming ,use of drones ,use of automotive micro irrigation plots..... and also provided very good stay facility and food with morning good yoga training teacher ...than you
Programme is very useful as I am playing a role as extension officer...I used to take demonstrations and creating awareness programmes to farmers at field level and creating awareness to women workers
Training programme was mostly associated with farm mechanisation which is more relevant in this scenario and we learned a lot with fun joy and intresting. Advances in agriculture and horticulture equipment is learned and smart agriculture and digital farming drone class were the highlight of training and accommodation and food facilities are comfortable.

Good afternoon sir, Training is very good and effective. It is useful in our job while delivering the service to farming community.. And also morning yoga session by Sri Ravinder garu practiced breathing excercises, yoga poses &some health tips and also Our Photo grapher Ravinder reddy well cooperated at every movement. Training was very nice. We got a chance to interact with Officer of different sectors from different states. Training gave us confidence in guiding our farmers in forming FPO. In Kerala no FPO s working in fisheries sector. Field trip was not that much effective. Traveling long distances for seeing a single site is no advocated. Atleast we from other districts might have given a chance to visit farming areas in Telungana on the way to FPO sites. This will reduce boring during long travel and also we get some awareness of farming practised here. Food accommodation etc was very good. Yoga also appreciable because myself got exposure to yoga for first time. This increased my interest in yoga and will try to practice daily
It is very intresting and fruitful. The first day class studied by Dr. Kirankumar, the suject is help to know about policy, process and guidelunes. The second day trip to Dr. Br. Ambedkar Aqua knowledge park,I understand the murrelfarming in large CAS system. Third day class studied by Sri Charan Gupta it is help to understand Digital Technologies to FPOS after noon class fromGopalakrishna sir to learn DPR prepration . Central Govt. for welfare of farmers Sponsoring so much effort on FPOs, due to lack of field level knowledge to both farmers and departments staff, concept establighlishment is lagging.
With this training we acquired much more knowledge on FPO concept, creation and sucessful launching of FPOs at Village level.
Challenges and stratagies for sustainability of FPOs class taken by Mr. Sri charan Gupta is excellent, Request to give some more sessions on this concept, for overcoming challenges at field level ..

It was nice to attend training program of FPO.Now I have some basic knowledge about the FPO which I will use in my area for setting up the New FPO ..
The training was very helpful in giving us a good idea on the formation of FPOs, the need to form FPOs in the present scenario, the legalities involved, DPR preparation and the role of various institutions in supporting FPOs.
The field visits also helped us in gaining a practical perspective on the topic.

Urban farming is a new trend practicing by urban people to get healthy diet and it goes well with self interest, passion and intial investment without expecting income, but on farmers point of view it seems bad like growing our food on our own makes farmer to become unemployed and poor

Gained practical knowledge on terrace gardening and the advantages of going urban farming through this training and also I have learnt some new topics like gender streaming as well poultry and sheep rearing.

A humble suggestion to improve the cleanliness of hostel bathrooms to maintain upto the standard of this prestigious institution. Clearly learnt about importance and benefits on nutri sensitive agricuture, millets processing and urban agriculture. The resource persons are deliberately Explained about this. Really enjoyed training sessions. And also boarding and lodging are very well.
Previously i was only familiar with training programmes inside kerala . It was my first training outside kerala.I was not very interested first but after coming here and interacting with everyone I was very happy .The training was mainly on agriculture and nutrition topic which was not very familiar to us fisheries graduates.All the classes were very good and took by very well experienced persons.The accommodation and food was also very excellent.All the staffs here were very friendly. It was a very good experience and I am looking forward for further training programmes in EEI.

It was very good training experience. Previously i attended several training programs about fisheries subjects. But this was about agriculture and nutrition and new to me. This agri subjects are linked to my job also.

Its good as i came to know the new technologies. I. e AI and IOT applications in agri and allied sectors, and how to use them in agri and allied sectors like in dairy.. and the imp of drones in agriculture..
In my opinion its very dofficult to use in india as the most of the farmers are having small farm holding and the farmers are not able effort the cost for AI and IOT.. and the use of the drones also have somany conditions..

Training is very informative ..But the Animal Husbandry sector is covered very less and no practical interaction with the AI using projects..can be added more practical sessions with already using AI tools in projects..
The training has been most useful for the Officers at field level, now a days everything is connected with AI and IOT. Needed more no of trainings on this topic in future.
Training is nice one giving good knowledge .At TAFE very excellent information given by Dr A.V. Rao sir.But as I am belonged to Animal Husbandry Department require some lectures regarding How AI technology use in Animal Husbandry Department.
